Acting on behalf of our clients, our project portfolio includes varied sports stadia, innovative bridges, national infrastructure, as well as shaping city skylines across the UK and further afield.
We’re also growing fast. We’re now looking for Fabricators to join us in permanent roles at our busy site in Ballinamallard, near Enniskillen.
It’s an exciting place to work, and your challenge will be to help us create even more of those iconic structures we’re known for.
You’ll spend much of your time reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings. You’ll also set out complex fabrications, tack welding components into position, and profile components using Oxy/Propane cutting equipment to specified tolerances - all to tight production deadlines. Above all, we expect you to work safely – with the best equipment in the industry we will provide you with the right tools to safely fulfil your potential.
You’ll need to be a Fabricator with extensive experience of structural steelwork fabrication. You’ll have a background in a similar work environment. You’ll know how important safety is, and you’re able to accurately record and report any adverse actions. Also, you can lift, turn, and move heavy loads with cranes.
It’s desirable that you have extensive experience of structural steelwork fabrication, you’ll be able to work to recognised fabrication standards, and you can operate pre and post heating equipment, and lift, turn and move heavy loads with cranes.
We also welcome candidates that have limited experience to apply, those that have some but not all the required experience but are prepared to undergo training and to develop in the role.

Hours of work are 7.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday 7.30am-1.45pm Friday.

It is a six-month programme based on developing leadership skills, behaviours and commercial understanding. Participants experience 15 days of development across three modules and this culminates in a business improvement project.
